Heavy duty sliding doors originated in China and were later introduced to Korea and Japan through Chinese culture. Initially, they were mainly used in small spaces such as bedrooms and wardrobes. This door type is made of various materials such as wood, metal, organic materials, and inorganic materials (such as glass). Modern heavy-duty sliding doors often use high-strength aluminum alloy profiles and multi-layer hollow tempered glass as the core structure, and are opened and closed through a track and pulley system.
The door body adopts a thick aluminum alloy frame and cavity design (typical process for metal materials), and the profiles are processed by precision extrusion technology, equipped with EPDM sealing strips. The security system includes a fan cover frame anti pry structure, 4-point lock buckle and hidden lock point design, and the waterproof system adopts an indoor water blocking high edge structure with smooth drainage. The sealing system is designed with embedded frame fan and multiple sealing strips, supplemented by hollow tempered glass filled with inert gas, to achieve sound insulation, heat insulation and leakage prevention performance. With the development of technology, its application scenarios have expanded from traditional wardrobes and bookcases to balconies, entrance doors, outdoor partitions, and exhibition halls. It can pass 100000 push-pull tests and supports intelligent password locks and adjustable opening and closing designs.
